Fire burnt 30 houses on Pluit Reservoir edge, Muara Baru, RT 16/17, Penjaringan Urban Village, North Jakarta, Friday (5/2). There are no victims from the incident, but the loss is estimated up to millions rupiah.

The incident which burnt semi-permanent houses happened at 4.35 pm. The fire was finally extinguished two hours later after involving 28 units of fire trucks from North Jakarta Sub-dept. of Fire and Disaster Handling.
Head of the agency Frans Hoden Silalahi explained his officer had difficulty reaching the location due to narrow access. The road width is about 5 meters only.
