Sawah Besar Sub-district Gets Red Dengue Placard

Central Jakarta Administration keeps giving red placard for dengue fever case. The effort is aimed to boost urban village and sub-district heads minimizing dengue fever case in their areas.

Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede, said the highest dengue fever case in November was in Sawah Besar Sub-district, the lowest was in Tanah Abang Sub-district. Previously, the highest case was in Johar Baru Sub-district and lowest was in Senen Sub-district.

“I want the dengue fever case handling would be better. The red should be changed into green colour,” he said, Tuesday (12/13).

Preventing Dengue, PSN Intensified at Seven Places

Meanwhile, Sawah Besar Sub-district Head, Martua Sitorus, admitted his side will maximize the mosquito nest eradication (PSN).

“Our target the red placard will not be in our area again next month,” he admitted.
