Rp 2.9 T Allocated to Repair Damaged TransJakarta Bus Lanes

Jakarta Provincial Government will repair TransJakarta bus lanes that are severely damaged.

The repair in both corridors uses e-catalog. We requested five-year warranty. If the concr ete is broken, you must be responsible

“Until next year, we have allocated Rp 2.9 trillion to repair damaged TransJakarta bus lanes. Particularly this year, we’re allocating budget to repair the lanes in corridor III and VI,” stated Jakarta Vice Governor Basuki T Purnama, Monday (5/26).

According to Basuki, the repair will use high-quality local cement.

All Transjakarta Bus Lanes will Be Concreted

“The requirement is the cement must be able to dry before seven hours, special cement. If regular cement, its dry process would take about two weeks. If so, we’d be dead (TransJakarta bus lanes cannot be passed for two weeks),” he expressed.

The repair will be carried out at night. Thus, the lanes can already be passed by TransJakarta bus by morning.

“The repair in both corridors uses e-catalog. We requested five-year warranty. If the concrete is broken, you must be responsible,” he asserted.
