Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept will tighten supervision against product and food ahead of Christmas and New Year. It is aimed to anticipate foods that contain hazardous substances.

"Supervision continues to be conducted and intensified in all markets until central markets," expressed Mujiati, Head of Food Security Section for Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept, Wednesday (12/14).

The entire sample would be taken directly to the laboratory for examination. It is targeted there will be 3,300 samples of the products that will be examined in December.

"We will take all samples in all marketing centers, if there is food containing hazardous substances, we will act and punish the actor," he finished.
