To minimize disaster during rainy season, the Kelapa Gading Sub-district has activated a disaster alert system. Besides officers from various institutions and stakeholders, disaster handling will also involve local people.
In urban village, the sweeping is conducted by village chief
Kelapa Gading Sub-district Head, Yusuf Madjid disclosed, every evening, as many as 10 PPSU officers are alerted in three urban villages. And from sub-district, there are 9 officers from three urban villages.
Every evening, there are also three members of FKDM in each sub-district and two members in each urban village. In addition, every RW sent two people at the sub-district disaster post.
