Jakarta Smart City (JSC) cooperates with Microsoft to advance the digital literacy in the capital. Through this cooperation, it is hoped Jakartans will know more about technology.
The program opens chance for youngster to learn more about technology
Jakarta Head Dept. of Communication, Informatics and Public Relation, Dian Ekowati, said digital literacy is needed to train the logical thinking, critical, and creative. The cooperation is held in a program namely ‘Generasi Bisa’.

Jakarta Smart City Good for Pilot ProjectCorporate Affairs Director Microsoft Indonesia, Ruben Hattari, explained there are two events of the program namely Hour of Code and Skype a Thon. His side involves Jakarta Smart City since the instance has applied technology for the work.
“The program is one of Microsoft supports in empowering society knowing technology further,” he explained.
