The representatives from Gajah Mada University (UGM) visited Jakarta Smart City. They assessed that Jakarta Smart City achievement can be applied for other regions in Indonesia.

This is a good example for other regions

Head Department of Management and Public Policy for UGM, Agus Pramusinto, admitted that the Jakarta Smart City development is already good.

“This is a good example for other regions,” he said, Tuesday (12/13).

He added that applications in Jakarta Smart City are needed by the local government to find solution of the problems.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Head Dept. of Communication Informatics and Public Relation, Dian Ekowati, explained Jakarta Smart City is provided to advance the service for citizens.

“Many applications have been provided to advance the public service,” she explained.

According to her, Jakarta Smart City needs more development. Her side will construct a big data to integrate data among regional working unit (SKPD)s.
