Acting Jakarta Governor, Sumarsono, observed cycling competition stadium (velodrome) in Rawamangun, Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta, Tuesday (1/17). After seeing the construction progress, he optimistic that project will complete as target and ready to be used in Asian Games 2018.
