South Jakarta Administration budgeted Rp 50 billion in APBD 2017 for land acquisition. This land will be prioritized to street vendors location and Integrated Children-Friendly Public Space (RPTRA).

Land procurement to rel ocate around 200 street vendors on Jalan Kenayoran Lama will be prioritized

South Jakarta Development and Environment Assistant, Freddy Setiawan said that his side will create land acquisition team immediately. This team will recommend which purchasable land for public interest.

"Land procurement to relocate around 200 street vendors on Jalan Kebayoran Lama will be prioritized," he said, Wednesday (1/18).

He added that acquisition land must have validity or ownership and not in dispute. Purchasing will be adjusted to tax object selling value (NJOP) of current year in that area.

"Budget is ready. Urban vil lage's head and sub-district' head can assist to find the land," he closed.
