Director of Water Supply System Development, Mochammad Natsir explained fund for SPAM SWRO development reached Rp 11.8 billion.
"SWRO capacity is reaching 2.5 liters per second, which is able to meet service requirements for 600 homes," he explained.
Natsir explained, water from distillation results can be consumed directly by citizens at no charge. Distilled water is taken from sea water with a depth of up to 60 meters, thus it is safe from water pollution.
