Kinerja PHL Akan Diveluasi Tiap Tiga Bulan

City's PHL Performance Evaluated Every Three Months

Jakarta Provincial Government will evaluate freelancer (PHL) performance once in three months. With this way as control system, they will know how PHL is performing.

There is monitoring system in that level. If it is hard to monitor in one year, then we make it three months to evaluate

Acting Governor (Plt), Sumarsono asked PHL not to feel nervous. If they have good performance then they will continue to work. It will  be not optimal if monitoring is taken once every year.

"There is monitoring system in that level. If it is hard to monitor in one year, then we make it three months to evaluate," said Sumarsono at City Hall, Monday (1/23).

PHL Outside Jakarta Still Allowed to Work

He added that evaluation must be done in regular intervals. With this, he hopes PHL will be more passion to work.

"If the contract is still available until next year but now their work is not stable, they have another months to fix it. So, the positive thing is with the new contract system, it is hoped will guarantee their spirit and control," he added.

That policy is written on City Regional Secretary (Sekda DKI) announcement letter 51/SE/2016 about Individual and Other Service Procurement Guideline which informs about individual worker contract.

"They always nervous whether to continue or not, so the positive and negative side of that system will be evaluated. It can be extended too, if their work is good then their period will be extended," he closed.
