A connecting drain (PHB) on south side of Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Duren Sawit will be normalized. Besides deepening, some parts will be plastered.
East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept. Head, Ahmad Yazied Bustomi disclosed normalization aims to increase water capacity. Thus it could overcome inundation in a settlement of Jalan Nusa Indah VI, Duren Sawit.

He explains the drain as long as 800 meters has 3-3.5 meters wide. As planned, it will be started in early February.
