Some of student parents who receive Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) fund in West Jakarta are restive. The have to re-new their relief letter (SKTM) in short time. It is worried impossible to be completed due to limited time in urban village office.

"My son got announcement letter from school to re-new SKTM letter in two days. The SKTM must be submitted on next Monday. In fact, the urban village service on Saturday and Sunday is off," said Astina (42), resident of Kapuk Urban Village, Cengkareng, Friday (5/30).

Similar statement was also stated by Ijah, resident of RW 016 Kapuk Urban Village. "I already asked to school authorities, but they can not do much since the notification is spread newly today via SMS," she stated.

Ijah worried her son will not able to get fund from KJP this year due to this matter.

Jakarta Head Department of Education, Lasro Marbun, admitted about re-recording of KJP recipients lately on Monday (6/2).

"There is notification spread to school which is managed to sub-district Section of Primary Education department level," Marbun explained.

Meanwhile, KJP Planning and Control Secretary Team for Jakarta Disdik, Waluyo Hadi, uttered the re-recording data is based on Home Affairs Ministry policy about granted and social aid disbursement.

"The recipient of KJP must propose a petition letter completed with SKTM letter to head department of education. School authorities will propose the student who have right to receive the fund to Jakarta Disdik. Later on, direct survey will be applied," he stated.

Hadi continued that the student parents have to include the existing SKTM letter, no need to propose new SKTN letter ot urban village office.
