Coordinating Human Development and Culture Minister, Puan Maharani, asking Jakarta Provincial Government to build a public space in the Asian Games venues. Thus the presence of sport facilities is also useful for local people.

He explained, on the Equestrian park land as wide as 35 hectares and Velodrome as wide as 6 hectares, part of them could be used for public space such as jogging track, playing ground and green open space.

Additionally, he also hoped, after Asian Games is done, the venue could be used well for other events.

"Not only about its implementation, but this is also for the next event. It must be used, even though the main event is ended," he stated.
