Key Performance Indicator is Reference for City Social Dept. Work Program

City Social Dept. has an evaluation for its program activities in 2016 and work program plans of 2017 to improve their work and service quality for citizen. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be a reference to decide next work programs.

Beside to improve work quality of the staff, we planned to  have targets that could bring direct impact to the citizen

City Social Dept. Head, Masrokhan, said that there are still several targets which not done yet last year. Division head, section head up to department head have KPI. So, start from the lowest personnel to the highest have a target in every program.

"Besides to improve work quality of the staff, we plan to have targets that could bring direct impact to the citizen," he said, Thursday (2/2).

3 Social Department Priority Programs in 2017

He explained that his side have three targets in 2017. First, to have a zone cleaned from street people with social welfare issue (PMKS). Second, to have a social coaching institution which is potential to be independent and do entrepreneurs. Third, to build E-warong and together service business group (KUBE).

"Those three programs reached to citizen directly, from its progress to its result. But, it does not mean another programs are not running. Another programs still running since it were routine program which supposed to be done," he closed.
