City Ready to Fight for Fate of Honorary Category II

Jakarta Provincial Government was committed to fight for the fate of the employees’ category II or honorary to be promoted as civil servant (PNS).

We have to await regulation of the revision of the Act and Government Regulation first

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono disclosed Jakarta government has its limitations in the appointment of a honorary employee into PNS, because having to await Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan).

“To promote them, we have to await regulation of the revision of the Act and Government Regulation first. Hopefully the central government and DPR to immediately discuss it,” he stated, after a dialogue along with honorary employees at Gelanggang Soemantri Brojonegoro, South Jakarta, Sunday (2/5).

He also appreciated them, incorporated in Indonesian Honorary Category II (FHK2I), because prefer to dialogue rather than holding a demonstration.

“Without demonstration, aspiration of honorary employees is ready to be held,” he expressed.

At the same place, DPR Commission II Member, Arif Wibowo was also committed to finish revision of Act on State Civil Apparatus (ASN) along with Kemenpan in the near future.

“Predictably, the draft Act on ASN will be held in the forthcoming March and will be finished this year as a legal protection,” he finished.
