City's Flats Use Electronic Attendance System

Jakarta Provincial Government officially implementing electronic attendance in all its flats by using Jakarta One Card.

For about 70 percent from 13,731 flats residents already implemented this program. We located 32 electronic absent machines in 23 flats

This official absent was launched by Acting Governor (Plt) Sumarsono symbolically at Pesakih Flats, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.

In that occasion, he explained that electronic attendance is applied to avoid over rent at Jakarta Provincial Government's flats which are intended for the poor. 

He added that with this electronic attendance, Jakarta Provincial Government is able to identify flats resident's identity. Besides as an attendance card, Jakarta One Card also can be used as Transjakarta free ticket.

In the same location, Bank of DKI Director, Kresno Sediarsi added that the program already been implemented since last August. Until now, it is noted that about 9,459 flats residents are registered with electronic attendance.

"For about 70 percent from 13,731 flats residents already implemented this program. We located 32 electronic absent machines in 23 flats," he stated.

While, Public Houses and Residential Area Dept. Head, Arifin, admitted that he can not make sure to do electronic absent once every month or week.

"It is not decided yet, because collecting data still in progress," he closed.
