Semper Flat Completion Assisted by APBD-P 2017

Jakarta City Council pushed delayed flats construction project to continue using 2017 City Budget Revision (APBD-P). Semper Flat is one of the development projects.

"We do not have any authority to stop it, but we push it to continue in APBD-P 2017," said Bestari Barus, Member of City Council Commission D, Tuesday (2/7).

Programs Proposed in APBD-P Should Keep Going*

According to him, they must push it thus the Jakarta Provincial Government can consistent in contract with third party. Jakarta Provincial Government must not violate the deal, besides it also gave extension time for 50 days.

"We asking all project employees of flats construction to report as the real situation. This can minimize legal risk in the future," he added.

He continued that project contractor can participate again in the auction to finish flats project. In city budget revision, there will be some budgets used first for the projects completion which require extra time. 

"So, on February 15, please calculate how much can be finished, we want it according to law," he closed.

Semper Flat planned to be built in one block with 16 floors which can accommodate 235 flat units. Its construction completion is still far because many heavy works that must be done.
