We issue suket to replace e-ID cards that have not been printed
North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. has issued 17,611 letters of recommendation (suket). Suket can be used as e-ID card thus residents could use their voting right in the forthcoming election.
Erik Polim Sinurat, Head of North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. disclosed, last December, the number of residents in North Jakarta is reaching 1,707,836 people with ID card applicants about 1,209,123 people.
Suket Can Only Be Used According to Domicile"We issue suket to replace e-ID cards that have not been printed," he expressed, Friday (2/10).
He added it is also given to residents who have Jakarta ID card, even though they have not been registered in the final voters list (DPT).
"Suket distribution been through verification in accordance with population database," he finished.
