City Collaborates With KPK to Optimize Tax Earnings

As an effort to optimize tax earnings, City Provincial Government through Regional Retribution and Tax Agency, cooperating with Regional Earnings Optimization Team for Anti-Corruption Commission (KPK) and Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Later, KPK officers will assist to prevent any cooperation between taxpayers with tax officers
City Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat said tax potential calculation for now is still inaccurate, because taxpayers' data in Jakarta was unmade.
City Involves KPK to Optimize Local Revenue"So this cooperation is to optimize tax earnings, because Jakarta will be a pilot to make a taxing system using complete data basis," he said, at City Hall, Monday (2/20).
He added many taxpayers ignoring their obligations nowadays thus there must be additional bailiff officer to act and enforce the law together with KPK.
"Later, KPK officers will assist to prevent any cooperation between taxpayers with tax officers," he said.
