Jakarta DPRD Commission E Vice Chairman, Ramly H Muhammad assessed, electronic system will facilitate Jakarta Provincial Government in monitoring aid distribution toward public institution or foundation.
City Developing E-Grant and Social Aid System"We hope it is ready to be implemented in 2017 budget," he stated, Monday (2/20).
He added, the transparency of the budget through e-grant is much needed, thus aid distribution can be on target.

"E-grant system is purposed to assure fund distribution whether it is one target or not," he uttered.
