Jakarta Social Dept. has distributed fast food to the flood victims in five cities. It is distributed through public kitchens belong to Social Sub-dept. in each area. 

Besides that, we also provide logistic aid in forms of rice, instant noodle, soy sauce and cooking oil.

Jakarta Social Dept's Social Protection Head, Tarmijo Damanik expressed, especially for South Jakarta, the food aid is distributed to Kuningan Timur Urban Village with 200 boxes, Kalibata Urban Village 50 boxes and Rawajati 250 boxes.

While West Jakarta, the aid is distributed to Kembangan Utara Urban Village with 1,350 boxes, Rawabuaya Urban Village 600 boxes and Kedaung Kali Angke Urban Village 500 boxes.

In North Jakarta, it is also distributed to Kampung Capata Urban Village with 500 boxes, Sunter Barat Urban Village 200 boxes and Sukapura Urban Village 100 boxes.

In East Jakarta, similar aid is also given to Cipinang Melayu Urban Village with 80 boxes and Cipinang Muara Urban Village 350 boxes.

"Besides that, we also provide logistic aid in forms of rice, instant noodle, soy sauce and cooking oil. We also give mattress and tarpaulin," he expressed, Tuesday (2/21).

At this time, he continued, the Disaster Preparedness Social Officers (PSKB) consists of employees and Taruna Disaster Alert are also sent to conduct assistance toward refugees.

"This aid is just temporary, we'll coordinate with local apparatuses and check the update condition of flood in the field," he finished.
