City Build Lebak Bulus Terminal Replacement in Ampera

Due to the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Depot’s construction in Lebak Bulus Terminal, Jakarta Provincial Government will build the replacement of Lebak Bulus Terminal on the former police housing land on Jalan Ampera Raya, South Jakarta.

However, the land acquisition of police housing has crossed the deadline on April 2014. “We are still waiting the president’s permit and consulting with the Finance Ministry,” stated Basuki.

The land acquisition for MRT project is the responsibility of City Government which is divided into some related institutions, for example, the terminal land is handled by Transportation Department, the road land is handled by Public Works Department, and the sports facilities land is handled by Sports and Youth Department.

“The police housing is the authority Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD). Therefore, it depends on the land acquisition in the police housing and the emplacement,” Basuki completed.
