City Council Scheduling to Discuss Five Raperda

City Council discussing five from 32 Regional Regulation Draft (raperda)s that already included in Regional Regulation Forming Program (propemperda) of 2017.

In five raperda that will be discussed, there are four proposals from executive and one from council

Five raperda that will be discussed with executive are in accordance with City Council Regional Regulation Forming Board (Bapemperda) yesterday.

Executive & Legislative Began Discussing 32 Draft Bylaws

City Council Bapemperda Head, Lulung Abraham Lunggana, said his side will ask Consultative Board (Bamus) to hold a discussion of these 5 from 32 raperda.

"In five raperda that will be discussed, there are four proposals from executive and one from council," he said at City Council Building, Wednesday (3/1).

He expressed the four proposals from executive is ready to be discussed with City Council Bapemperda staffs including Library and Archives, and then City Water Area General Company and Industrial.

"While one of seven raperda that initially proposed by board which ready to be discussed is about education system," he added.

He continued the five raperda proposed by legislative and executive already have academic scenario and legal drafting.

"Five raperda discussion will be done by council working unit and related institutions. We are optimistic the discussion will start in one to two weeks ahead," he continued.

For information, City Council Plenary Meeting in 2016, December 26, already established 32 plan proposals to be included in Propemperda 2017.

The 32 proposals that included in Propemperda DKI 2017 consist of 25 proposals from executive and 7 from legislative.
