City Eases SIUP and TDP Making Process

After implementing One-Stop Services (PTSP) for investors, Jakarta Provincial Government is now facilitating the services of Trading License (SIUP) and Company Registration (TDP) in one package.

Now to apply SIUP and TDP is in one package. In addition, the domicile statement is now no longer a requirement to apply SIUP

According to Kundaryo, this policy is taken to facilitate people who want to set up business, so they can easily apply for SIUP and TDP. This policy is applied based on the Circular Letter of Head of Jakarta KUMKP Department No. 19/SE/2014 dated May 13, 2014, on Accelerating the Implementation of SIUP and TDP Release in Jakarta.

“The process remains through PTSP in each region. To apply it is free of charge, with 2-3 days of processing time,” he told.

Meanwhile, Head of South Jakarta KUMKMP Sub-Department, Nurjanah, reminded the applicants to complete the requested requirements well. Or else, it would be time consuming if the requirements were incomplete.

“Indeed, the domicile statement is no longer a requirement, but applicants must attach copies of their company certificates and attestation certificates, Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), ID cards of the company owners, and two passport 3x4-sized colored photographs.
