Draft Committee For 2018 Asian Games Revised

City Provincial Government is revising the draft committee of 2018 Asian Games XVIII. Eventually, the draft will be submitted to the Indonesian Asian Games Organizing Committee (INASGOC).

Fatahillah, Assistant of Public Welfare for City Secretary disclosed, it is conducted for adjustments related to Bylaw No. 5/2016 on Formation and Composition of Organization Structure. It is also for tasks assistance given by the central government.

"By so coordination will go well. Thus every unit won't be confused when given the task," he expressed, Tuesday (3/7).

He uttered the organizers would synchronize the draft. "The draft is prepared for synchronization in order to further coordination. All elements will be involved here, such as inspectorate, Bappeda and BPKD," he told.

The draft committee for Asian Games refers on Presidential Decree No. 12/2015 article 6 that regulates Ministry/Agency/Regional/Institution must provide technical and administrative support in accordance with the duties and functions of each through planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring in supporting the Asian Games in accordance with Master Plan for 2018 Asian Games XVIII. 

"We need coordination, and completeness from this coordination so we make the draft committee to get the decree letter," he closed.
