Asian Games Project Financing Certainly Have No Problem

Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) makes sure that three facilities of 2018 Asian Games construction project financing will have no problems.

To make it faster, we give an addition to PMP for about Rp 1.5 trillion. In the future, we will use land borrowing scheme

Besides Government Equity Funds (PMP), City also preparing land borrowing scheme to build velodrome, Pulomas Equestrian Park and Light Rail Transit (LRT).

"To make it faster, we give an addition to PMP for about Rp 1.5 trillion. In the future, we will use land borrowing scheme," said Sumarsono, Acting Jakarta Governor, Wednesday (2/1).

Asian Games Venues Must Be Equipped with Public Space

He confirmed that those three facilities construction will be no problem. Especially, City also committed to prepare project budget.

"We already prepared it. We support it, so it will be no problem," he added.

Meanwhile, PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) President Director, Satya Heraghandi explained that the facilities construction needs a budget for about Rp 6.8 trillion. His side must pay Rp 4 trillion this year.

"We need Rp 2 trillion more. For us, land borrowing scheme will be better," he closed.
