City to Add Flat Tower in Rawa Bebek

Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Area Dept. to add two flat towers in Rawa Bebek, Pulogebang, Cakung, East Jakarta. Each of them to be built up to 16 floors that contained of 255 units.

In order to accommodate the residents optimally, we will build 24 towers that mostly have 16 floors. One of them will be built in Rawa Bebek

Recently, as many as six blocks of Rawa Bebek Flats with 750 units in total have been operated. While another four blocks that contained of 400 units are newly built.

Trading Location for Flat Residents will Be Re-Arranged

He explained that in each tower will be equipped with lift. Construction is targeted to be done in the end of 2017.

"The auction winner has been announced in Nagrak and Rorotan. According to the progress plan, it will start in April ," he closed.
