The Lapangan Banteng revitalization that located in Central Jakarta will be executed on Friday (3/24) next week. In line with revitalization ceremony, gymnastics will also be held.

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono explained, revitalization is including four segments. Those are fence installation, monument arrangement, as well as field and park arrangement.

"As the initial stage, we will do fence installation first," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (3/13). 

The man who called Soni expressed fund for fence installation is reaching Rp 6.5 billion through compensation for the expansion of the floor area ratio (KLB). Similar to field arrangement, the government has prepared Rp 6.3 billion

"Regarding cultural heritage in such area, we also need assistance from the cultural heritage experts," he expressed.

As for monument and park arrangement, is still under discussion stage, whether it will use fund via CSR or KLB compensation.

"We're still seeking companies to finance it. And now it's still under discussion. This is all donations," he told.

He continued Lapangan Benteng would have cafeteria, bathroom facilities with hot water, culinary center and interaction places.

"There will be also football field and basket ball court. Surely the young generation can show their skills and talents there, "he said.
