Illegal Clean Water Use Found in Muara Angke

Illegal water connections are still found in ​​Muara Angke, North Jakarta. Evidently, during January to May in this year, as many as 144 illegal connection points have been found.

PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (Palyja) claims have saved more than 170 thousand cubic meters, equivalent to 9,000 customers use. The police officers have cut four illegal connections originating from the secondary Palyja's pipe of 250 millimeters diameter in Kampung Pengasingan RT 11/07, Muara Baru, Penjaringan, North Jakarta on Wednesday (6/4). "North Jakarta especially in Muara Angke is very high, we have repeatedly terminate, but re-connected," Maryani said.

Previously, on Thursday, May 22, 2014, Palyja also have cut illegal connections in Kebon Tebu, RT 19/17, Muara Baru, Penjaringan Urban Village, North Jakarta.

For that, Palyja appealed to the public if they found indications of water theft, please immediately reported to the Palyja  24 hours call center at (021) 29979999.
