Early Detection of Disease Held in Panggang Island

Residents in Panggang Island, North Seribu Islands Sub-district, Seribu Islands received proactive health service to early-detect tuberculosis (TB), leprosy, and HIV/AIDS.  

Early detection will be followed up with early anticipation to prevent disease transmission

Seribu Islands Health Sub-dept. Head, Yuddy Dimyati said proactive health service is realized by directly visiting each resident house.

"Early detection will be followed up with early anticipation to prevent disease transmission," he said, Tuesday (3/21).

Children Immunization in Jakarta Targeted to Touch 95 Percent

According to him, examination is already done in 638 resident houses. "As result, they found 90 residents suspected having TB and 3 residents are TB positive," he closed.
