Jakarta PMI Bulan Dana Fund Receipt Increases 95 Percent

Jakarta PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) fund receipt in 2016/2017 reached Rp 10,841,890,332. This number has increased 95 percent than last year by Rp 5,221,120,000.

All collected fund of PMI Bulan Dana can be utilized by city and regency PMI to hold PMI programs well, also right on target and be useful to citizen

Total fund receipt of PMI Bulan Dana in 2016/2017 period is combined from East Jakarta PMI Rp 5,221,120,000, South Jakarta Rp 2,013,925,700, West Jakarta Rp 1,816,806,985, North Jakarta Rp 1,286,185,982, Seribu Islands Regency Rp 61,624,700, and Jakarta PMI Rp 33,659,200.

City Secretary, Saefullah said for this year, Jakarta Provincial Government will grant Rp 7.5 billion for PMI, thus in total it will be around Rp 18 billion.

He hoped as social organization of humanity that has a very honorable mission, PMI could give various of service for citizen especially for them who experienced disaster.

"Hopefully, the collected fund can be managed well. I believe PMI management that this fund could be accounted in its time," he said at Closure and Dismissal event of PMI Bulan Dana 2016 at Balai Agung, City Hall, Tuesday (3/21).

Jakarta PMI Head, Rini Sutiyoso added that total collected fund will be returned to citizen in various form of services. Such as social service, public kitchen service and evacuation for disaster victims, youth coaching through PMR (Youth Red Cross).

Then, volunteers coaching, PMR trainers and teachers coaching, ambulance service, restoration of family relationships and its operational.

"All collected fund of PMI Bulan Dana can be utilized by city and regency PMI to hold PMI programs well, also right on target and be useful to citizen," she closed.
