Approaching Nyepi Holiday, Kampung Rambutan Terminal Deserted

Approaching Nyepi Holiday, situation at Kampung Rambutan Inter-City and Inter-Province (AKAP) Bus Terminal, East Jakarta still looks deserted. Terminal side has noted the increasing of passengers just about five percent compared to normal days.

The increase is just five percent compared to normal days

AKAP Bus Kampung Rambutan Terminal Head, Emiral August Dwinanto said since Friday (3/24) evening to Monday (3/27) morning, average number of passenger per day was about 950-1,000 people. This number was just slightly more than normal days which reached 900 passengers.

"Towards Nyepi Holiday, situation in Kampung Rambutan Terminal is still deserted. The increase is just five percent compared to normal days," he said, Monday (3/27).

Nyepi Holiday, 1,362 People Flocked to Untung Jawa Island

He added passenger's destination is mostly to Garut, Tasikmalaya, Pekalongan, and Tegal. Then followed by Bandung, Banjar, and another cities in West Java.

With total recent number of passenger, he continued that his side has no plan adding more buses.

"450-500 buses are enough and quite dependable now," he closed.
