Education Dept. must Ensure Internet Network Readiness, Council Says

Jakarta Education Dept. is asked to cooperate with internet network provider related to Computer Basis National Exam (UNBK) readiness for junior high school level, either state or private high school and vocational school level in Jakarta.
Council will not be bored to remind, thus in the middle of UN, there will be no internet network problem
This request was delivered by City Council Commission E Vice Chairman, Ramly H.I. Muhammad, Thursday (3/30) in Jakarta.
"Principally, council supports UNBK implementation. We already asked Education Dept. to coordinate immediately thus internet network can be used during the implementation of UN," he expressed.

"Council will not be bored to remind, thus in the middle of UN, there will be no internet network problem," he said.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Education Dept. Deputy Head, Bowo Irianto ensured the electricity and internet network for Computer Basis National Exam for high school and vocational school level will run smoothly.
"We already sent a letter for PLN and internet provider thus in the middle of UN for high school and vocational school level, electricity and internet network will stay connected," he explained.
He said his side also held computer based school exam with national standard in vocational school level on March 21-23.
"Since last week, school exam in vocational school level, there are no internet network problem. Moreover, on this Friday and Saturday, we will synchronize to make sure UNBK for vocational school and high school on April 10 can be done well," he closed.
