The Citra Permata RPTRA, Rawa Bunga, Jatinegara, East Jakarta is equipped by a counseling room. There will be three counselors who are ready to serve residents.

Rawa Bunga Urban Village Head, Agustina disclosed the counseling room would have nutritionists, psychologists and general practitioners. They will answer all the questions and find solutions of the residents.

Even, the trafficking and violence victims, either they are children or adults could make a report here. If it is processed legally, the RPTRA management assisted by urban village Bimaspol will accompany them to the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) for East Jakarta Metro Resort Police.

The facility will operate three once a week, precisely on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 3-5 PM.

"We'll open it this afternoon, as people are commonly busy in the morning until at noon," he stated.
