13 Public Schools in C. Jakarta will Be Renovated Totally

About school hours has been set, and the students will do learning and teaching activities at the nearest school

Around 13 public schools at levels of SD and SMP in Central Jakarta will totally be renovated this year. To smoothen it, the students will be moved to the nearest school.

"The schools condition is alarming and must be unloaded. We'll make it like new. In region 1, there are seven schools," expressed Sujadiono, Head of Central Jakarta Region I Education Sub-dept., Tuesday (3/4).

It will be executed using system of consolidation auction. Each school will spend Rp 1 billion.

Central Jakarta Region II Education Sub-dept. Head, Subaedah added, in his region, there will be six schools renovated. And four of them have begun to be unloaded.

"About school hours has been set and the students will do learning and teaching activities at the nearest school," he told.

As for the schools that renovated in region I are SDN 13 Karet Tengsin, SDN 04/08 Kebon Sirih, SLB 03 Kemayoran, SDN 05 Bendungan Hilir and SDN 07 Petamburan. Then for SMP, there are SMPN 39 and SMPN 08 Menteng.

In region II, there are also SMPN 10 Kemayoran, SDN 01/02/03/04/05/06 Kenari, SDN 01/02/03/04 Kramat, SDN 09 Johar Baru, SMPN 156 Johar Baru and SMPN 93 Kemayoran.
