Council Responded Positively Jakarta BPSK Commissioner Selection

Jakarta Consumer Dispute Settlement Board (BPSK) commissioner selection for 2017-2022 period which held by Small Medium Enterprise Cooperative and Trade (KUKMP) Dept. was responded positively by City Council.

Jakarta City Council Commission B Chairman, Tubagus Arief said, recently regional government's role on consumer protection is really needed in the middle of business competition which increasingly fierce.

"BPSK must become a board that can protect consumer in the middle of business competition enhancement, " he said at City Council Building, Jakarta, Thursday (4/6).

Consumer Grievance Posts will Be Opened in Each Region

According to Tubagus, BPSK must increase its work on consumer protection. Thus consumer problem is not protracted.

For information, right now, KUKMP Dept. already held a selection for BPSK commissioner for 2017-2022 period. That board will involve three elements. There are government, consumer, and businessmen.
