Jakarta Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) held work plan inputting and community proposals absorption simulation through e-budgeting system. This simulation was held at City Hall's Pola Room, Thursday (4/6).
We anticipated if there are any SKPD or UKPD who have a problem when inputting work plan
Development Planning Information and Data Center Head (Kapusdatin Renbang), Hidayat Budiyawan said, this one-day simulation was attended by all Regional Working Units Assembly (SKPD) and Regional Working Unit (UKPD) staffs.
According to him, this simulation was held because there are several things which updated in inputting work plan.
Bappeda to Speed Up Inventory of Goods Procurement"There are several things in the system which updated. Recent activity template is different now. We anticipated if there are any SKPD or UKPD who have a problem when inputting work plan," he explained.
He added that for all participants in the simulation could directly socialize it to their own working environment. Thus no obstacles when inputting work plan.
"Each sector will coordinate and socialize those new informations in their own working environment, including their sub-dept.," he closed.
