PT. Transjakarta Introducing Maxi Bus and New Tagline

PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) introducing maxi bus and new tagline to Jakarta citizen at Silang Monas Barat Daya, Central Jakarta, Sunday (4/9).

Our maxi buses have already been operated since 3 months ago. But, today we want to launch the 100th bus

PT. Transjakarta President Director, Budi Kaliwono explained the maxi bus has already been operated since 3 months ago. Several corridors are also served by this bus, such as in corridor 2, 3, 4, and 10.

"Our maxi buses have already been operated since 3 months ago. But, today we want to launch the 100th bus. This is the new bus," he said.

Integrated Transjakarta-KWK Is Effective to Parse Traffic Jam

Different with the previous bus that can accommodate 80 passengers, this maxi bus can accommodate 100 passengers. This bus is also supported by latest technology thus can make passengers feel more comfort and safe.

He added his side plans to add more big size Transjakarta buses. As the target, there will be 300 maxi buses to be operated in Jakarta. 

"We are targeting 300 units. It means need 200 more. We will accomplish it in the end of year," he added.

In this chance, Transjakarta also introducing their new tagline. That is 'Now is Better". This tagline replaces the last tagline, "Dare to Change".
