Indonesian President, Joko Widodo inaugurated the KH Hasyim Asy'ari Great Mosque, Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.

"I want to thank and congrats on the completion of the great mosque," stated Jokowi, during inauguration, Saturday (4/15).
The fund for the mosque project reached Rp 175 billion through City Budget (APBD). The project itself is started in September 2014 and is executed using multiyears funds on a 17.8-hectare land.
President to Inaugurate Jakarta Great MosqueThe physical construction was made into two floors with five towers as well as wall and fence equipped by Betawi and calligraphy ornaments.
The moment was also attended by Acting Jakarta Governor, Sumarsono, Religion Minister, Lukman Hakim Saifuddin, Jakarta DPRD Chairman, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi.
