Kalideres PTSP Issued 11 Building Permits Via Three Hour Program

The Kalideres Sub-district One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) office, West Jakarta has issued 11 building permits (IMB) via program of Three Hour IMB. In one year, it is targeted to issue 60 permits.

We issued four building permits last year and seven permits in March 2017

Kalideres Sub-district PTSP Head, Azis expressed the Three Hour IMB program has been started from Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Dept. since October 2016 at Jagakarsa Sub-district PTSP, South Jakarta and Ciracas Sub-district, East Jakarta.

"We issued four building permits last year and seven permits in March 2017," he stated, Sunday (4/16).

He explains the program should directly be managed by the applicant and cannot be represented.

"So, in three hours, we issue one package, that is City Planning Provision (KRK), image and building permit," he explained.

He added the applicant only pays KRK retribution by Rp 12,000. While for image cost is free of charge and building permit depends on its land coefficient.

"Retribution is paid via Bank DKI and free from illegal levies," he closed.
