This aims to make residents feel served well and quickly

Three regional working units (SKPD) are alerted to serve public complaint that usually forwarded to Jakarta Governor at City Hall.

Those SKPDs are Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Agency (BPM and PTSP), as well as Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Dept. (CKTRP).

Acting Governor Receives Two Public Complaints

"Mr. Governor wants SKPD to welcome and serve public complaint at City Hall," said Muhammad Mawardi, Head of Jakarta Gubernatorial and Foreign Affairs Bureau Dept., Wednesday (2/22).

Mawardi explains those are chosen because they get most the complaints. His dept. will help in solving it related to the law. Meanwhile, officers of BPM and PTSP handle residents who have licensing issues.

"This aims to make residents feel served well and quickly," he expressed.

He uttered public complaint is dominated by land issues. Moreover, the governor also programmed all lands in the city to have certificate. It relates to CKTRP Dept.

According to him, employees who assist the governor do not need echelon-II officials. Yet they should understand the issues in the field and have a conscience to help the public.

"Public complaint, generally relates to social issues," he closed.
