PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) held dialog with disabled customers at Balai Agung, City Hall. Around 300 disabled people attended this event.

PT. Transjakarta Business Development and Service Director, Welfizon Yuza said, his side will keep trying to improve service for disabled customers. The form of provided services are include distributing Transjakarta Care cards, improving disabled-friendly bus stops, and providing low entry bus vehicles.

He added his side is recently still repairing 75 inadequate bus stops from 274 disabled-friendly bus stops they have in total.
Besides, during 2017, his side is targeting to own 300 low entry buses which its deck floor can go up, down, and parallel to the road thus can facilitate disabled people.
"We already ordered 300 units. It will be realized gradually, maybe will start in June. Our target is completing 300 units until the end of this year," he explained.
PT. Transportasi Jakarta President Director, Budi Kaliwono added, his side will provide an online application for disabled customers.
"We also enthusiast to provide an online application. In the making progress, we will involve them," he closed.
