City Monitoring Voting Activities

Jakarta Provincial Government together with Election Commission (KPU) and Jakarta Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) monitor second round of Gubernatorial Election, Wednesday (4/19).

So, this morning, City Government with KPU and Bawaslu monitoring several locations in five City regions

Monitoring is done in five City regions.

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah said, monitoring had also done in the first round of Gubernatorial Election, on last February. This activity is done to ensure voting process is running safely and smoothly.

Acting Governor: April 19 will Be Decided as Holiday

"So, this morning, City Government with KPU and Bawaslu monitoring several locations in five City regions," he said at City Hall, Wednesday (4/19).

He hopes citizen can maintain security and smoothness of this Election's second round.

Jakarta KPU Head, Sumarno; Communication Informatics and Statistics Dept. (Kominfotik) Head, Dian Ekowati; Governance Bureau Chief, Premi Lasari; Satpol PP Chief, Jupan Royter; and Transportation Dept. Head, Andri Yansyah also attended this monitoring.
