Lebak Bulus MRT Depot Completed with Apartment

PT Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta, will develop apartments at Lebak Bulus MRT Depot, South Jakarta. To realize it, they will cooperate with PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro).

We still focus on MRT depot first. After it is completed, we will move to apartment development

PT MRT President Director, William Sabandar said the apartments would be built on a depot and a MRT office. The land provided has 1,000 square meters width.

MRT Depot Land Buying Process Has No Problem

"Eventually, the MRT office will need seven floors. The top part of the building can be cooperated and developed to build the apartment," he stated, after attending executive meeting (rapim) at City Hall, Tuesday (5/2). 

He added it is targeted to be completed in March 2019. At this time, his party is focusing on MRT depot development first.

"We still focus on MRT depot first. After it is completed, we will move to apartment development," he closed.
