Shop House Annexation, Police Officers Tape A Police Line

The North Jakarta Police Resort investigator installed a police line at two shop houses owned by PT Indobangun Propertindo on Jalan Gading Indah, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Monday (6/9). It's the follow up of Herry's (46) report, the shop house owner, restive that his shop house on block C3 and C31 are swayed by thugs. Moreover, the shop houses are used as parking lot for Kelapa Gading Mal visitors and employees.

Herry admitted that the thugs had taken his Rp 8 billion shop houses by sawing and replacing shop houses' padlock.

"We are still investigating this case further," Iqbal stated.
Meanwhile, Kelapa Gading Police Resort Chief Comm. Sutriyono added he already detected some groups who swayed the location. He has difficulty taking action since there is still no report.
"We can't do much without legal base," he added.
According to Sutriyono, three groups have swayed 14 units of shop house out of total 56 units. They are groups led by Y and G, group B and group S. There is only one owner reporting the annexation, while other have not.
