10 Homes in Pramuka Island Get Free Electric Connections

The program of connecting and adding free electric power for underprivileged residents in Seribu Islands will be realized this year.

"This free program has been ongoing at 10 homes, Pramuka Island," expressed Melinda Sagala, Head of Seribu Islands Industry and Energy Sub-dept., Saturday (5/6).

She explains it is dedicated for houses that have not been powered by electricity with 450 watts. Under the program, the homes will be provided with additional electric power and KWH meter equipment for free.

"We will also give this service to residents who still take electric connection from their neighbors by processing the Family Card (KK) first," she told.

She added it would also be programmed to 26 homes in Lancang Island and Tidung Island, 4 homes in Pari Island and Untung Jawa Island, six homes in Kelapa Dua Island, 23 homes in Kelapa Island and 10 homes in Pramuka Island.
