Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Board (BMKG) predicted light moderate rain to fall Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) this afternoon.

BMKG Public Relation Division Head, Hary T. Djatmiko said, weather in the morning is partly sunny. In afternoon, light rain is predicted will fall North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, and Bekasi. While moderate rain will fall South Jakarta, East Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bogor.

At night, light rain is predicted to fall Seribu Islands, North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bogor.

"At dawn is mostly cloudy with a chance of light rain to fall Seribu Islands," he said, Monday (5/8).

Temperature in Jabodetabek could reach 22-33 Celcius degree with humidity around 60-95 percent and northeast-south wind velocity that could reach 05-22 kilometers per hour.

"Beware of rain accompanied by lightning and strong wind in short duration in South Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Bogor between noon and afternoon," he closed.
