Djarot to Check Stock of Food Ahead of Ramadhan

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat is going to check the stock of food in the capital. It is conducted to ensure sufficient staple supplies ahead of Ramadhan.

Even his party has coordinated with Polda Metro Jaya to prevent stockpiling practice.

"It also cuts the speculators who are stockpiling, especially for rice, meat, sugar, eggs, as it is a matter of perception as well," he expressed.
