Sidewalks in Jatinegara Area will Be Arranged

Sidewalks in Jatinegara area, East Jakarta will be re-arranged in the end of May. According to the plan, the arrangement will be run by Jakarta Bina Marga Dept.

Especially sidewalks and park area in front of shop complex of PT KAI will be flattened later

Jatinegara Sub-district Head, Nasrudin Abu Bakar said, sidewalk arrangement generally is run by Jakarta Bina Marga Dept. Sidewalk planned to be located beside Jl. Jatinegara Timur lane, from Stamplat Bogor to Kampung Melayu Terminal. Then beside Jl. Jatinegara Barat start from in front of Kampung Melayu Terminal to Kebon Pala and Jl. Matraman Raya lane up to Jl. Bekasi Timur.

"Especially sidewalks and park area in front of shop complex of PT KAI will be flattened later, not high like this recent condition. Thus later will be more comfortable for pedestrian," he explained, Tuesday (5/9).

This Year, Sidewalk at Tebet Station Improved

According to the plan, this area will be equipped with long bench and even free WiFi.

His side admitted already collected all PKLs in triangle area that will be arranged later, which are Kampung Melayu for 12 PKLs, Bali Mester 200 PKLs, and Rawa Bunga 60 PKLs. They were urged to not selling during the process of that sidewalks arrangement.
